The Behavioral Impact & Trust (B.I.T.) Framework is the CAIBS Institute's proprietary methodology for evaluating AI tools based on their real-world behavioral impact, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
Each AI tool is evaluated across five critical dimensions. Evaluators assign a score from 0 to 5 for each dimension, with detailed rubric criteria guiding each score level.
Does the AI help users make better decisions?
Does the AI provide actionable outputs?
Does the AI drive positive behavior change?
Does the AI have transparency and accountability mechanisms?
Does the AI produce measurable real-world outcomes?
Based on the total score (sum of all 5 dimensions, max 25), each tool is assigned a certification tier.
