Intellectual Property Notice

1. Ownership of Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the Center for AI Behavioral Standards ("CAIBS") platform, services, content, methodologies, frameworks, certification marks, badges, logos, trade names, and all associated materials are owned exclusively by CAIBS, the Disabled Veterans Whole Health Association ("DVWHA"), and Weerussh LLC (collectively, "the Organization"). This includes all copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, patents, and other proprietary rights.

2. Trademarks & Service Marks

The following marks are trademarks or registered trademarks of the Organization:

• CAIBS™ — Center for AI Behavioral Standards
• B.I.T. Framework™ — Behavioral Impact & Trust Framework
• CAIBS-5 Exemplary™ — Premium certification designation
• CAIBS Certified™ — Certification program designation
• All CAIBS certification badges, shields, seals, and visual identifiers (CAIBS-1 through CAIBS-5)
• The CAIBS logo and all variations thereof

These marks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not affiliated with the Organization, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among consumers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits the Organization.

3. Copyrighted Materials

All content published on the CAIBS platform is protected by copyright law, including but not limited to:

• The B.I.T. Framework™ methodology, scoring algorithms, and evaluation criteria
• Rating reports, certification documents, and assessment materials
• Website content, design, graphics, and user interface elements
• Educational materials, whitepapers, and publications
• Software code, databases, and technical infrastructure
• Marketing materials, press releases, and promotional content

4. Certification Badge Intellectual Property

CAIBS certification badges (CAIBS-1 through CAIBS-5) are proprietary intellectual property. Certified entities receive a limited, revocable license to display their assigned badge during the active certification period. This license is:

• Non-exclusive — Other entities may hold the same certification tier
• Non-transferable — The badge may not be assigned or sublicensed
• Time-limited — Valid only during the active certification period (12 months)
• Revocable — CAIBS may revoke the license for non-compliance

Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or display of CAIBS certification badges constitutes trademark infringement and will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.

5. DMCA & Takedown Procedures

If you believe that any content on the CAIBS platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact our designated agent at [email protected] with: (a) identification of the copyrighted work; (b) identification of the infringing material; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement of good faith belief; and (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate.

6. Reservation of Rights

The Organization reserves all rights not expressly granted in these notices or in any license agreement. No implied licenses are granted by the Organization's publication of content or provision of services. Any use of the Organization's intellectual property not expressly authorized is strictly prohibited.
