Founded as a program of the Disabled Veterans Whole Health Association, CAIBS defines, measures, and certifies AI systems based on their ability to influence human behavior and drive real-world outcomes. Through the proprietary Behavioral Impact & Trust (B.I.T.) Framework™, CAIBS provides the gold standard for AI accountability — empowering enterprises, regulators, and investors to make informed decisions about AI systems.

Certification Tiers
CAIBS certifies AI tools across four tiers based on their B.I.T. score. Each tier represents a level of behavioral accountability and trust, similar to how UL certifies electrical safety or SOC 2 certifies data security.
