The Center for AI Behavioral Standards (CAIBS™) was founded in 2025 by SSG Norwood Williams Jr. (Founder and Chairman) and Tiffany Williams (Co-Founder and Director). All concepts, methodologies, frameworks, certification systems, scoring rubrics, organizational structures, brand identities, and proprietary terminology published on this website and in associated documents are the original intellectual property of SSG Norwood Williams Jr. and CAIBS, Inc.
CAIBS™ operates with standards development activities conducted through the CAIBS Standards Foundation, a 501(c)(6) nonprofit. The CAIBS mission is sponsored by DVWHA (Disabled Veterans Whole Health Association), a registered 501(c)(4) membership association.

Use of any CAIBS trademark in connection with any product, service, or publication that is not authorized by CAIBS, Inc. is strictly prohibited.
3. Proprietary Methodology — The B.I.T. Framework™
The Behavioral Impact Test (B.I.T.) Framework™ is the proprietary evaluation methodology created by SSG Norwood Williams Jr. It was first conceived in 2025 and publicly disclosed on this website. The B.I.T. Framework™ includes, but is not limited to:
- —The five-dimension evaluation model (Decision Impact, Actionability, Behavior Change, Accountability, Real-World Results)
- —The 0–5 scoring rubric for each dimension, totaling a maximum score of 25
- —The specific evaluation criteria and scoring descriptions for each dimension level
- —The mapping of B.I.T. scores to the 5-tier certification system (CAIBS-1 through CAIBS-5)
- —The three certification mark categories (Verified, Certified, Behavioral Certified)
- —The professional credential hierarchy (Associate, Certified Professional, Authorized Evaluator)
This methodology is an original work of authorship. Any substantially similar framework, scoring system, or certification hierarchy for evaluating AI behavioral impact that appears after the publication date of this website may constitute infringement of CAIBS intellectual property rights.

You may not: reproduce the B.I.T. Framework™ scoring rubrics or evaluation criteria for commercial use; create derivative certification systems based on the CAIBS methodology; use CAIBS certification marks on products or services without official CAIBS certification; or represent any affiliation with CAIBS without written authorization.

CAIBS, Inc. actively monitors for unauthorized use of its intellectual property. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of CAIBS trademarks, the B.I.T. Framework methodology, certification marks, or any substantially similar system, please contact us at [email protected].
CAIBS, Inc. reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies against any party that infringes upon its intellectual property rights, including but not limited to injunctive relief, actual damages, and statutory damages under applicable trademark and copyright law.
